Five Star Performance 2021 Spring/Summer Season

If you were directed to this page, you have been invited to register as a 2021, Five Star Performance DFW rostered player. Congratulations!

Here is what you can expect during registration:

The registration will ask for all of your contact information including secondary emails. Please ensure you include all emails pertinent to your son for club correspondence (typically your spouse's email address). 

We ask you to approve our waivers.

Once this is done, you will be asked whether you want to pay-in-full or enroll in our payment plan (full payment is $1750 + processing fees)

Payment Plan:

We are asking for a deposit of $425 +processing fees upon registering. This locks in your roster spot. 

You will enroll in 4 subsequent, monthly payments of $331.25 + processing fees, starting January 15 and ending April 15. 

The total cost of club membership is $1,750. What does $1,750 pay for?

1. Field rental, 2 scheduled, 2 hour practices per week at John Paul II High School

2. Coach's salary

3. Indoor facility practices, 2x per month with club level coaches (Ingram, Edelstein, Jordan, Woytek)

4. Miscellaneous expenses (Club insurance, baseballs, lineup cards, Virtual Combine, etc.)

We are not budgeting for tournaments out of club fees, this will be charged in installments throughout the season. If your tournament is out of town, we will also collect for coach's travel as part of that week's tournament fees.

Uniforms will be purchased separately and delivered directly. More details about uniforms coming soon.
